Oregon State University BA Spanish - 2015 Minor in Biology As a recent graduate I know what a student needs to really grow their Spanish abilities. Individual attention is key to learning. Focusing on a students weaknesses as well as strengths will garner a faster and superior learning experience.
Experience
First- and Second-year Spanish students I would love the opportunity to teach students and help them advance their language abilities. Spanish is a useful skill and continues to become more advantageous as the number of Spanish speakers rises. After years of study and travel I am still learning about the rich cultures and histories of Spanish-speaking countries. I have had the opportunity to live abroad twice, a summer in Costa Rica and two months in Barcelona, Spain. These experiences have opened my eyes to many new things and I hope to be able to travel and see as much of the world as possible.
